Golf Las Americas scoops top award

It may not be the newest course in Tenerife, but the well appointed Golf Las Americas is the place to go for the best tournaments. That’s official after the Spanish Sport and Business group awarded them their top accolade as the best tournament host.

The verdict was based on the standard of the playing surface, the back up facillities and the level of helpand assistance from the course staff. The award was made to course director Joan Piferrer last week. This is just another reward for this popular course, situated just a short walk from the main tourist hub of Playa de las Americas.
