Golf Costa Adeje, launch pad for Rocket Man Elton

It’s been a banana plantation, and is now a top international golf course that staged the 2003 Spanish Open, but Golf Costa Adeje is about to show yet another side to it’s nature by staging a spectacular concert by Sir Elton John.

The show will take place on Thursday January 24 in the natural bowl of the driving range and will hold up to 50,000 fans. The course is a perfect setting as it’s place on the side of a hillside facing out to sea, will limit any noise problems and there are large open areas nearby that can be adapted for parking.

The views from the course, even at night, will be stunning with the Atlantic as a back drop and the palm trees and terraced hills of the course adding to the setting. Tickets will be on sale soon but can be pre booked from 902056492  at 35 euros, 90 euros and 120 euros for the best seats.

Don’t worry if you think you will miss out on your golf, there are 8 other top courses on the island and disruption will be kept to a minimum anyway. Hust think, there aren’t many golfers who can say they have played golf on the set of an Elton John concert.
